5.2 At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) the following Executive Committee shall be elected by ballot, should such ballot be necessary;
    a) President
    b) Senior Vice President
    c) Junior Vice President
    d) Secretary
    e) Treasurer
    f) Registrar
    g) Youth Council (elect)
     i It is advisable for the Youth Councillor to hold office for a minimum of two (2) years.
     ii At the September meeting every second year, time should be allowed for the election of Youth Councillor for the following
        two years, to allow the elected officer's name to   be submitted and accepted at the Youth Council meeting in November.
All positions are honorary
   5.2.1 No more than one (1) person per Club may hold an Executive position on the Combined Executive Committee.
      a) Unless a position is unable to be filled, then 2 people may be from one club.  They cannot both hold positions within
          President, Secretary or Treasurer.
      b) For a person to be nominated and elected to the Executive committee, they must be a member of an affiliated Club with
          the Combined Committee.
  5.2.2 Executive Members may not act as a Delegate for a Club and will have voting rights equal to Club Delegates.
  5.2.3 Executive Members along with Elected Members shall form all Sub-Committees   
  5.3 At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) it will be necessary for the President, Treasurer and Youth Council Delegate
        to submit written reports on their activities for the proceeding year and if available a financial computer report.
  5.4 Motions (not rule changes) to be raised at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be in writing and submitted thirty (30)
       days prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for circulation to affiliated Youth Clubs NOT less then twenty one (21)
       days prior to the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
  5.5 Elected Delegates shall at least one (1) month prior to the Annual General Meeting determine whether nominations are
        to be made verbally or in writing for the positions of the above Executive Committee.  A Youth Council Officer shall be
        invited to attend meeting to act as Returning Officer. (This request to be done following October Meeting).
       The Returning Officer shall not be elected to any of the above-mentioned positions.
  5.6 At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) two (2) representatives or their nominated Delegates from the N.S.W. R.S.L. Youth
       Council shall be present to act as Scrutineers for the purpose of balloting.
  5.7 The Committee shall have the power to make, alter or amend its own Articles of Association.  This item can only be
        resolved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
  5.8 Not exceeding thirty (30) days following the Annual General Meeting the executive committee shall make available one (1)
       complete and accurate copy of the Articles of Association and By-Laws to the following,
